Phantom Fire Alarm
Be warned: this building has a broken fire alarm system, and management that could care less about how it affects residents. After having to evacuate the building 7 times in the past two months (6 of which were in the middle of the night), this place deserves less than a star. They will lie to you about this inconvenience happening often, say every apt building experiences the same, or blame it on the weather. You tell me if you've had to evacuate that many times at 4 am in the morning? Find... some other place to live, you'll thank me later.

Great Location and Wonderful Neighborhood
Times Square is located close to 121 and Custer which has tons of shopping and places to eat. I love living here because it is clean and my apartment is really nice. I have granite and stainless steel appliances so I do not feel like I am living in just an ordinary apartment. The pool area is spacious so when I want to enjoy the sun, I do not feel crowded or cramped. The parking is awesome because it is a parking garage so my car is covered at all times.
The folks in the office are super nice... and anytime I have had any request in my apartment, the maintenance guys are quick and efficient. It is just a great place to live!
