Everything went well starting from staff to apartment. Except for few issues I have checked for door styles, maintenance of lights in hallways etc

The move in process didn’t turn out the way I hoped for it to go. The apartment I was told would have the features I needed were not there and I was unable to see the apartment prior to move in after of several request to do so. Also the dark park wasn’t cleaned.

Leasing and maintenance are responsive. The courtyards are well maintained. Amazon packages come safely. Depending on where your apartment is located there is the occasional pest intruder and unpleasant smells. Overall though this feels like a safe community, conveniently located, and everyone does their best to keep it running smoothly.

The neighbors don't respect you when you're trying to sleep in the middle of the night it's always disturbing when they're jumping up and down and making loud noise not respecting you

Overall the last 3 years have been good, recently there are a few things that have been disregarded which has been disappointing. The time maintenance takes, it was 12 days before anyone came to fix things and that was only because I kept calling. Along with the cleanliness of stair wells and each hallway, other than the ones with the show units and office spaces. They tend to get pushed to the side, going weeks without being cleaned.
