Property has been amazing only been here 2 days.. the maintenance is fast and the community stays clean. They even allow dogs which is perfect

The apartment unit itself is in mostly good shape. Over time, some cheaper in unit building materials (carpet, drywall) are aging faster, but the unit is mostly quiet (even with pool view) and is in a great location - access to 75 without the noise. The amenities - pool, gym, etc. are in very good shape. Unfortunately, there are multiple issues with the building that aren't being properly tended to, and it is starting to show. The stairways, doors, and elevators are hit and miss. The... stairwell 1 doorway into the building hasn't had a door handle on it in months - it's just a hole in the door. For whatever reason, the parking garage gates are never working, and having cones out seemingly always cheapens the feel and appearance. The second floor door into the building from the parking garage has a hanging metal push bar on it, making it completely useless. It’s been great except for the gates and doors have been broken a lot more and there has been a pot smell. The front and maintenance staff are so nice and help you.

Everything went well starting from staff to apartment. Except for few issues I have checked for door styles, maintenance of lights in hallways etc

The move in process didn’t turn out the way I hoped for it to go. The apartment I was told would have the features I needed were not there and I was unable to see the apartment prior to move in after of several request to do so. Also the dark park wasn’t cleaned.
