There were many issues leading up to my move in and communication was really poor. The cabinets/dishwasher are outdated and parking is scarce. I hope communication gets better over time.

After more than a year and a half, the experience has been highly unsatisfactory; essential services—such as the cleaning of building interiors—are not being met, and promised pressure-washing is never carried out. Recreational areas like the pool have been out of commission for a long time, and the gym is neglected and at risk of total ruin. Changes in management appear to be merely temporary: the latest arrival benefits from certain perks, lasts only a few months, and then the cycle repeats.

Everything's great. Nice updated space, modern property. Great amenities. Friendly office staff. I also like the location. It's central to a lot of convenient places here in Irving

Great apartment, very spacious! Kids in the community love to go out and play. The only downside is that the walls are thin and noisy neighbors upstairs but other than that it's been great!
