Turn the air on the smell will come out the vents, smoke if they’re actively smoking. Your apartment will smell like your neighbors, whatever smell that may be. The smoke will seep through the cracks and crevices in your apartment. Your apartment and everything in it will smell like an ashtray. Mind you, you sign a clause in the... lease saying you won’t smoke in your apartment and that it’s prohibited. Staff will not enforce their own policies, talk to you like you are an inconvenience and they’re not obligated to do anything, don’t respond to emails I could go on but not too much space here.
