This is my first time living at [INWOOD STATION], and overall the experience has been very positive. The move-in process was smooth, and the staff made everything clear and easy to understand. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the amenities are well-kept. My apartment was clean upon move-in, and any small maintenance requests have been handled quickly and professionally.
As a first-time resident here, I appreciate the responsiveness of management and the overall comfort of the... property. It’s been a great start, and I’m looking forward to continuing my stay.

The community is well kept and management is very attentive. Any work order or request is met within a few hours to a day and is very efficient.

We signed a 15 month lease and after living here for 6 months we moved out in the past 7 months there have been 10 vehicle break ins with multiple different vehicles each time. The amenities hardly ever work. The trash at the complex is always over flowing and the hallways and mail rooms reek of the smell of trash. There are homeless people always getting into the building I have caught multiple sleeping in the building. Security is basically non existent they have Security but they don't do... anything.

Hi Courtney, we are truly sorry for the negative experience you had while living here. As we know you originally moved to Dallas from a very rural area, crime is a very unfortunate part of any large metropolitan city and we can never ensure there... will not be any crime, but we have taken many steps since you moved out to add additional deterrents to help mitigate crime. We also work very hard to keep our trash rooms clean and ask that residents participate in these efforts, although it is not always what happens. We have increased our trash pickups from 3x a week to 7 to aid in our efforts. We hope you are doing well in your new home!
