The leasing office is helpful and sweet. They explain clearly what to do when adding an occupant to the leasing documents. The only inconvenience is getting money orders to pay rent

Wonderful place for homely living . We do have school bus from leasing office to Elementary school,middle school and high school. Cinemark movie theater walking distance.

The process moving in was awesome and very quick. I loved the help I received but the rating is because I went out of town the next day I moved in and they towed my car. No call or email to let me know. I came home to no car and a $560 bill :( have yet to find the guest code for my guests to also register their car and the process of trying to register a guest is very tedious. Parking all together was a complication for me. Now I’ve only been in the apartment for a couple days and there’s... issues with the bathroom sink and some sort of device in the counter for the dishwasher. They seem to be easy fixes but after the huge bill from towing it’s just annoying.

Forgot to give us locker keys, ac not working, bathroom exhausts not working, staff very unhelpful definitely not gonna be here for longer absolutely hate

It is good so far and very near to my office. So the commute is reduced overall. Also the maintainence is good. I highly recommend this appartment.
