INFESTED
Some of the units here (in building 8 and elsewhere) are absolutely infested by beetles and spiders. Pest control doesnt seem to do anything because they have set up shop inside the walls and foundation. Also the build quality is very poor, so you will hear everything your neighbors do: You are allowed to AIRBNB out your place and theres a new set of loud people int here every other day, I found cig butts in my planters and theres no smoking on the property. Disgraceful.

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing a pest control issue... , we work closely with out pest control company to ensure our residents do not continue to deal with the same issue. We also regret to hear about the noise and disturbances caused by the build quality and the use of units for short-term rentals. We understand how disruptive this can be and will review our policies and procedures to better manage these situations. Additionally, we will reinforce our no-smoking policy to prevent issues like cigarette butts being left in planters.
