Took away stars for false incentives. Was told that they provide a 10% discount on rent for nursing employees. Right before we signed, my wife was finishing nursing school and was told to bring back a pay stub once she starts working and rent would be adjusted. That is not true and they would not provide the discount to us. This is a very poor business practice.

Grounds well kept, maintenance on your unit is somewhat responsive, you may have to ask a couple of times. Very quiet area for the... most part.

My husband and I lived here for a year and a half when we had to break our lease because we bought a house. We followed all their rules about breaking a lease, gave them plenty of notice, paid a huge reletting fee, and they have been nothing but problematic and difficult. The staff is useless when it comes to needing answers.
