I love living here, its clean and well maintained. if there is an issue the leasing office has always been helpful. And maintenance is typically always quick as long as its not a huge job

Very disappointed with this community. The office is almost never open, and it’s extremely hard to reach anyone — they don’t answer phone calls or emails. The pool is closed most of the time, and when it’s open, it doesn’t look clean. It’s also not available on weekends, when most families would actually use it. Barbecue areas are locked inside the pool area, so you can’t access them either. Parking is terrible — very small spaces and not enough of them. The buildings are old, maintenance is... slow, and repairs are poorly done. Appliances are outdated, and it’s very noisy. There are basically zero usable amenities here. Would not recommend living here.

At first things were good, then dogs started pooping all over the place near my apartment as the pets' owners don't seem to care about picking up after them as they allow the dogs to run loose on the property. Things have only gotten worse as a neighbor with a large dog moved in next door and that dog barks and howls at all hours of the night. I have messaged and tried to call a manager but I have received no answer.
