It's quiet, but the apartment was not clean when we moved in. Alot of things were either broken or needs fixing.There is alot of cats roaming around.

This is a pretty Quiet community. It has a good location. Close to major streets, restaurants, park etc. rent is also at a great price. Would recommend

It’s only been a week but we love our new home! We love the wooden floors and how spacious the closet is. We were also happy to see that there is a smart thermostat, dishwasher, and kitchen faucet that can switch modes.

Rating is so low because we are having an awful time here. It's so hard to be
comfortable in our apartment with the heat, we first started requesting maintenance beginning of may and our ac is still not fixed and it's now June. it's always 80 in here we can't sit in the living room without sweat pouring. We have spent our own money on mini fans and even a window unit trying to keep it cool in here but nothing is helping .
Laundry room charges 2x to wash almost every time and we always have to... call and the company to get a refund . it’s summer time and the pool is green . The apartments need major remodel for the price people are paying …!!!
