So far so good just need a little maintenance . Staff were super nice and helpful, wish I would have been told more on what was gonna be expected the day I get my keys, a lot of things that were missed that should have been told

Work orders are not really completed in a timely manner. The property isn’t bad looking, the office staff when they are actually in the office are sometimes nice. Wouldn’t recommend as the best place to live but it is affordable

My experience was great helpful staff property is nice well keeped quiet community look forward to living here a long time my wife and son are happy we visit the pool area almost daily I am glad we made the choose to pick renew Fairmont our new home
