Good so far .. love everything is close by .. they usually respond quickly to work orders and get them fix fast .. always keep you up to date when they will be cutting off water so we can know and not be surprised..

I have lived in this community for over three years, and I couldn’t be happier! The location is excellent, the office staff are professional, warm, and friendly, and it’s so convenient that everything can be handled online. There are plenty of shops around the neighborhood, several schools nearby, and lots of great restaurants, which is why I’ve never wanted to move out. Absolutely five stars — I highly recommend living here!

Very quiet community. Management is really friendly and focus to address every issue ASAP. Feel secure in my apartment and they take every advice for improvement, like the time I propose them to add a feedback on every maintenance order. That kind of action makes me feel that I help to improve the community.
