I have not had any issues living here although it would be nice to have some areas upgraded and maybe get some new appliances and a pool and gym room would also be a great addition and help make you want to stay home instead of having to spend money going somewhere else

So far its a good place to live,theres just a few minor maintenance work needed to be done but other than that seemsiks a nice place to live

It's home FOR NOW. With the unit & complex conditions, I don't see this place as a long term living situation. Definitely do a thorough inspection during your walk through!
