Do Not Recommend

Worst experience leasing an apartment. Have lived here less than a month. The problems started the moment we moved in to a filthy apartment, weed smell, trash in the corridors, car alarms going of at all hours. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I had to put a star so I could write the review.

Would not tell anyone to move to these apartments.

The people downstairs from me let their pets poop and pee on their patio. The dogs are really loud. Right now they are cooking out on the patio right under me. And the people are drinking and are so freeking loud. I am really regretting the fact that I signed a new lease here. I have been here about 10 years and it use to be a nice and quite complex. Now it is bad.

They don’t care about the people here

During the coronavirus situation, which is now, The office put out a letter to everybody in the complex saying “ We understand the situation and a lot of people have been laid off, but you will pay your bill on the first and we will evict you if you do not“ well also saying that nobody is allowed to come into the front office, forcing people to pay online which would require an extra $35 on top of the rent. If I did not have a roommate I would leave this place immediately. They don’t even... maintain most of the apartments. I would tell the specific issue that they have yet to fix but I do not want to expose myself to them. They have yet to change the air filters in any of the apartments. during the summertime the AC was not working and made my electricity bill over $300 for a two bedroom apartment. I asked them to come fix it they came to the apartment put a thermometer up to the vent and told me that it was working fine when it was not blowing at all in my room. When I called the city they yelled at us for it even though it was their own fault. Do not come to these apartments because they do not care about you, all they want is money.

air conditioner

Why can't they do something about the air conditioning the office is so cool but it is not the same kind WE have the only room that stays cool is the bathroom *** the temperature outside last week was in the 90's and We had the thermostat set on 77 and it would cut off and on today it was in the 100 degrees and We set the thermostat to 79 and it didn't cut off all day and at night it is miserable my Son has his own air conditioning company and he said that most of the unit's here are old and... have to use the Freon that is for older units plus our unit has been dripping water into the bathtub ever since we started complaining about it about 4 months and they haven't came out to fix it I wish the management cared more about the complaints or if I have to I will call the corporate office

Safe to live in

This is a good apartment complex but it seems expensive for low income earners. If you need a safe apartment, you should consider getting an apartment here. They have a pool and a well equipped gym. Sometimes, it takes about 2 or 3 phone calls before maintenance guys come to fix anything not working in your room. Also, this apartment complex has people that come to take your trash regularly.
