Pool had algae for over 3 days. Manager did not let people know, multiple people exposed to bacteria and bleach. Manager closed pool but still chose to not let community know. City of mckinney and health department will be getting test results.

It is disappointing for us to hear that your experience was anything less than great. The pool did have to be closed to stabilize the chemicals. The Community Manager emailed the residents soon after the service team closed the pool. Please feel free... to contact the Community Manager with any additional concerns.

Amazing Property
Living at Avenues at Craig Ranch has been the most amazing experience. Front office staff especially Elizebeth, Lisa and Erin are extremely helpful and very supportive.Maintenance team responds quickly and timely. No complaints! very happy with this property.

You’ll Love This Community
Avenues at Craig Ranch is the whole package. The office staff includes Lisa, Elizabeth and Erin and they’re wonderful. The property if beautiful with mature trees too. I must mention that there is a lot of open parking for guests and residents.
