Great move in experience
I moved in a few months ago and already feel settled in. The community is peaceful, neighbors are respectful, and the leasing staff is super friendly and professional. They always respond quickly and genuinely care about residents. I love the design of my unit — lots of natural light and great storage space. 10/10!

Great location
I just renewed my lease for another year because Cyan Craig Ranch feels like home. The maintenance team is fast and respectful, and the location is perfect, close to work, shopping, and great restaurants. My kids love the pool area and walking trails nearby. It’s a safe and friendly place for families.

Love living here
Living at Cyan Craig Ranch has been amazing. The grounds are kept very clean, and I always feel safe coming home late from work. They do a great job with communication, and I appreciate how organized and professional the staff is. The gym and pool are always in great condition. This is apartment living done right

Cyan Craig Ranch is great!
Cyan Craig Ranch is top-notch. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments over the years, and nothing compares to the service and quality here. The unit finishes are beautiful, and I love my wraparound balcony. They even host community events which makes it feel more connected. Truly a gem in McKinney!
