Phenomenal Experience with Isabella!
Isabella was incredible during my tour of the property. She was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed. Her knowledge of the community and her friendly personality made the whole experience enjoyable.
It’s clear that she genuinely cares about helping people, and her customer service is second to none. Isabella truly made a lasting impression, and I can’t recommend her enough!

Isabella was AMAZINGGGG!
Touring the property with Isabella was such a positive experience. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Her professionalism and genuine care made me feel comfortable and valued as a prospective resident.

I recently moved out of VV&M for personal reasons, but I truly want to thank the whole team — especially Amber and Isabella in the office — for everything they did while I lived there. From day one, they made me feel welcome and always took the time to listen, help, and make sure everything was taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made a big difference in my experience as a resident.
Amber and Isabella are amazing — always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist... with anything I needed. They really added to the positive experience of living here.
If life ever brings me back to Vue at Knoll Trail, it will be because of this incredible office team. Managers and staff like them are rare — they genuinely care about people and make this community feel like home.
