My Very On First Apartment
I have to say being that this is my very first apartment ever I totally recommend getting an apartment here at the enclave, very spacious especially for one/two people, the atmosphere is great, the apartment complex is very quiet just how I like it, the ladies at the office are very sweet and very nice and also very attentive they don’t procrastinate whatever you need they will get right on it. The maintenance men are excellent never had a problem. They also keep you up to date about certain... things also. I’m telling you, you will NOT be disappointed. Come check out it!!!

Great Customer Service
I recently moved to the Envlave from Uptown in Dallas and was a lil hesitant about the environment. After living here almost 2 months i have to say that the ladies in the office are definitely attentive and exceed expectations when doing their jobs. Friendly and attentive service goes a long way no matter the environment you live in, and i am happy that i made the choice to live here.

BEST APT EXPERIENCE
I am a current resident at Enclave and I must say after living in different apartments for a long time, including out of state, this has been the best experience of all. The 3 ladies in the office as super nice. Unlike other places where they are only nice to you on the day of application, the Enclave ladies have always be very helpful and super nice whenever I needed anything, they worked with me when I had personal difficulties. It's also a fairy quiet place I haven't seen any incidents since... I came here. Only thing the A/C for the gym seems to be set either to high or too low at times.

DONT MOVE HERE
BEWARE: DO NOT MOVE HERE. I've been at the enclave for almost a month, have called the office on numerous occasions & they have still FAILED to fix my hot water! I can count on one hand how many hot showers i've had! Don't let the "we pay water" sign fool you! The staff doesn't care because it's not happening to them. The lady at the front Mariam laughed at my situation; as she was discussing my issue with a "plumber". They do not take maintenance issues seriously or their residents. I would... NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone. I will be calling corporate. Save your money for an apartment complex that cares for their residents.

Love the Enclave!
It's nice, quiet and feels like home!
I would give two suggestions... rent after hours drop box and mail secure drop box.
