My apartment is infested with roaches and other bugs. I’ve had a leak above my shower for two months and I keep informing maintenance, and they never come. I had water leaking through my electrical outlets, and it took maintenance a month to come and fix it, and they left the new outlet hanging out, a bucket of paint in my kitchen, and my dishwasher taken apart. You have to call the office five times before anything gets done. Do not live here.

I've been living here for 2 years under the last management company it was not great. But, the new management company has been very helpful. They have renovated my apartment with new solid surface counter tops, new fixtures, and painted all the cabinets with a warm grey than the previous black color. The property manager is very helpful she was able to adjust my rate for renewal this year.

Once you rent that is jt. The towing company comes at night. Moved your first vehicle to make it in violation. Then sends pictures. Amazing when there is a ton of parking and empty apartments. There is not enough trash containers and it piles up daily. Rats are all around the big container

The new company that purchased Wyndsor Court (Knightvest) had been making updates to the whole complex. However, they are extremely low budget, quick fixes. Just painting over the old paint, and sticking new fake flooring over the old fake flooring, etc. Management is always sending out updates that are inaccurate or not completed when stated.
