Horrible resident relations. Trash lines the halls. Exit doors are not secured or broken, but they spend money on new pool furniture. Parcel/mail room smells like something decomposing.

Love my home at Olivian! I've lived here 3 months. My kitchen is beautiful! My neighbors are nice and have been welcoming. No complaints so far!

First off the apartment building itself looks great, but when you begin to navigate the building you'll realize how poorly planned it is. Literally half of my doors stay partially open because the screws are all screwed into cheap wood that is makes the hinges loose and won't close correctly. Even the laundry doors. My fridge ice maker and water dispenser do not work, and they force you to buy your own filters. The only thing positive here have been the maintenance personnel, Jorge previously,... and now Nick, as well as the sweet cleaning ladies. They have great hospitality that makes you feel welcomed to stay here. Savannah from the front office is nothing but rude. She replied, "what?" When we told her there was BLACK MOLD in our restroom. I kid you not, there was black mold.(they had to remove our entire bathroom sink fixture to cut open the dry wall and replace the wall and the ceiling). Aura is a very frustrating place to live. The garage is dangerous, and problems have not been solved in regard to people speeding and safety.

While some areas and amenities are worth it, being a pet owner living here is not.

There is a big mouse infestation. They're in the coffee machines and all over the first floor.

From my experiences, dog owners do not pick up their dogs poop. The property does nothing about it. There are only 2 pet poo drop locations; both are inconvenient. The dog park... is unusable as it's a minefield of poo for months on end. The stink is in the air as you walk your dog as well.

I recently spoke to a manager about this, and they agreed to look into adding more dog stations and the problem; however, that's the same response I've gotten since August.
