I lived at Limestone Ranch from August 2025 to February 2026, and I’m sharing an accurate, documented account of my experience so future residents know what to expect. Maintenance issues were repeatedly marked “completed” despite nothing being fixed. My sink and dishwasher remained broken, leaking, and unsafe. On February 3rd, I was locked out of my apartment without notice or permission, forcing me to pay for a hotel. I repeatedly emailed and called with no response. When I finally re-entered,... the work order had been falsely closed, the sink was still detached, and the dishwasher was still leaking. After raising concerns, unexplained charges and retaliation followed. I documented everything with photos, timestamps, and work-order records and reported it to the proper agencies. If you’re considering this community, keep all communication in writing, read your tenant rights, and document every maintenance interaction. Issues can happen anywhere—how management handles them matters.

Gone to bigger and better...
I have lived at Limestone Ranch for a long time and when I first moved in, the front office was incredibly helpful—they guided me through everything and made sure my experience was perfect. Because of that, I renewed my lease year after year, and when I had the chance to move into a larger apartment, I was truly excited to make it my new home.
**Maintenance & Safety Issues** The smoke detectors in my unit have been a constant problem. Every time the batteries were changed, the alarms would... start going off again within 4–6 hours. Management repeatedly replaced only the battery housing, and this happened every single time with the same detector. I asked multiple times if it could be a wiring issue or something that needed deeper inspection, but I was always dismissed and nothing ever happened with this request and I can guarantee that when batteries needs to be changed, 4-6 hrs later, the detector will go off.
**Valet Trash Issues** You cannot opt out of valet trash, yet the service is inconsistent at best. I always put my trash out before 6 p.m. as instructed, but many times it was never picked up, forcing me to take it to the dumpster myself—defeating the purpose of paying for valet service. When I called the office, they would say “leave it out and we’ll take a photo and send someone, or we will let the valet mgmt. company know” but that doesn’t seem to change the issues.
**Unpleasant Odors** Most recently, an overwhelming smell of weed has been seeping into my apartment, especially on weekends. As a non-smoker, this is extremely unpleasant and not the environment I want to live in.
**Internet** The limitation of a capped internet speed and a single available service provider has created ongoing challenges, particularly given my work-from-home responsibilities. No alternative internet providers are available in my area. Consequently, when accessing work systems via Wi-Fi, I must disconnect all other connected devices in order to maintain sufficient bandwidth to log in and work.

Car break ins-Not a safe place to live
Since the new management took over in January the apartments have gone downhill!! Maintenance is horrible, more than 20 cars broken into in one night… there is no security and the gates are always open. Not a safe place to live anymore..

maintenance/office
The management team was doing pretty well when I have moved at the end of 2020 and have been enjoying it; pretty quiet and they take care of the shared amenities. Though I wish the laundromat was better as people do not clean out the dust after use and causing the dryers to get clogged and the clothes don't dry as well. Since the winter storm in Feb. 2021, my fire suppression system has not been worked up yet. It is now May 24 2021 and there is still not yet a vendor to come out. I also... complained about my oven temperature being disconnected all the time when I am trying to cook something in the oven. I already placed it in 3x request and they replaced one electric burner element which did not solve the problem. I have called the office and left a message and I have not received a callback in about a week. I also left a message again to two of their office numbers. So far, I am not getting a good impression of LumaCorp (new management)....
I also do not enjoy the packages being delivered straight to your apartment because sometimes the Delivery person gets confused with the apartment next door. It would be nice to a final checkpoint like the front office to check the package before it gets delivered to the wrong apartment complex.

Such a caring community
The staff cares so much about making you happy, its extremely pet friendly and they don't get upset about little things. The location is amazing and they treat their tenants amazingly.
