If I could post negative stars I would... do not move here ! For 9 months I've had an issue with a neighbor keeping me awake all night with noise, repeatedly reporting this to the office, getting no resolution by contacting the courtesy patrol line either. Management said the next step would be to meet with this noisy resident at the office to try to come to an agreement. What kind of place even does that ?! So basically, if you're quiet, pay rent on time and don't cause problems, you get to... be the one who has to find another place to live and incur the cost of such move and the problem resident gets to stay here and torment the unfortunate new Tennant ??
