From "Run Away" to "Absolutely Yes!" – A Stunning Transformation
If you had asked me at the beginning of this year whether you should live at Everra Midtown Park, I would have shouted, "Run away as fast as you can!" Back then, the property was managed by a large corporation with atrocious staff—so bad, the stories would make your skin crawl (and not in a good way).
But everything changed when a small, Dallas-based family business took over. I thought, "Time will tell..."—and wow, did it ever! The property has done a complete 180° turnaround, and the... difference is night and day.
Why I love it now: Management is incredible – Professional, kind, and truly care about residents. Unprecedented access – At a recent Meet & Greet, we connected directly with the Vice President, Regional Manager, and corporate leadership (when does that ever happen?!). Jonathan, the Property Manager, is a gem – In all my years renting, I’ve never met someone so understanding, professional, and genuinely kind. This is rare in property management!
So, if you ask me today, "Should you live here?"—I’d declare with my whole chest: "ABSOLUTELY YES!"

Safety questionable
There was a random man sleeping in the stairwell of my building just a few weeks ago (building by the mail room). Also, frustrating experience with front office during move out. They asked me to turn in my parking permit with my key but come back later to finish paperwork. Then they towed my car when I came back a couple days later to sign the paperwork? Are you kidding me? Horrible customer experience!

DONT RENT
Place is infested with cockroaches in their grill/pool/dog park area. They will also charge you a fee for everything!!! Staff is rude and lacks empathy. No urgency in dealing with issues. Constant negligence with common problems brought up by the tenants (parking,fobs,break ins, trash,amenities,smells etc)

Incompetent management
This is far from luxury apartments. All of the administrative staff is so incompetent and to top it arrogant. Their is parties non stop everyday until 4 am in the courtyard. So called garages are broken into all the time and management washes their hands saying it’s not their problem. Cameras are broken and gates are broken 99% of the time. Counter tops are well made but anything else is cheap. I would not recommend Everra !
