Residents are not supposed to be playing loud music or be disruptive to the rest of the community, yet there’s people out there screaming, playing super loud music, taking over the entire pool, and it’s usually like this the whole day! Every weekend! Sometimes even weekdays. It’s getting ridiculous.
The music is way too loud, I shouldn’t have to hear it inside my apartment. Tried getting in contact with the office but no answer.

Moved in almost a year ago and so far the experience has been great!

As it was my first time renting an apartment ever, I was worried a lot, but all of the staff have been quick to address any maintenance issues (plumbing, ac, etc) or concerns in a timely manner. Tania helped figure out the lease, and the multiple people from maintenance have been very kind and good.

The location is convenient as it’s next to 121 and you can use the tollway straight away to wherever you need to go, like Plano,... The Colony, Frisco, or Carrollton. There is also a gas station nearby. The pool and gym are modern and aesthetic. It is a little more expensive than some other places but you get what you pay for and it has been worth it! I've lived here for 7 months and its been a consistently excellent experience. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and inviting. Every guest that visits is impressed. The staff treat residents very well and obviously take pride in the property.

Staff is amazing! Maintenance is quick and friendly! Definitely recommend moving in- I guarantee you won’t regret it!

I never thought I’d find a place where all my expectations were met. Staff is exceptional!
