Don’t move here! It’s horrible the community is extremely dirty , pool filled with mold. The swimming area and gas grills are very dirty. They have termites issues which many residents are not aware but they are coming out of my walls. I have complained and haven’t received much help. I’ve call corporate RPM living is the worst management company. They never answer! I have photos and videos of the termites issue!

I have lived at Tessa at Katy since it was built. This place has definitely seen some ups and downs. The previous managemnet let this place get run down and did not care. The virtual game in the clubhouse was broken for months. But, the new managemnt team in the office has been so great! They are quick to respond and maintenance fixes my issues quickly. I was considering moving, but I wil definitely be renewing my lease in June.

The community is gorgeous and the staff is amazing. I had some packages delivered to the mail room and Minessa called me to let me know she had them even though they aren’t supposed to get our packages but since I told her I was out of town she helped me out. Thank you for going over and beyond ladies for everything.

My only complaint is that fellow residents don’t take care of our shared space and treat the property like trash. Staff is awesome and amenities are amazing!

WARNING DONT STAY HERE: RUN

I have been here for three mos, and it’s not what it seems. Fights in the parking lot, loud parties after hours, police officers don’t respond to after-hours calls, drugs on the premises, stolen packages, thin walls, management is a MESS, no one respects the rules here at ALL.
