Noisy and Inconveniences
Property is pretty once you look past the dog poop everywhere. Maintenance does an ok job but comes randomly 4-7 days from work order submissions with no heads up/email of their 24 hours beforehand. Very thin walls, tenants above us on level 3 do not care and wear shoes, stomping, running and banging things around. Playing music and guitar at midnight to 2am. Reported this three times now (called twice in Nov. 2025 and emailed this year in Feb.) no action has been taken even though they stated a... lease violation would be sent to the tenants. Nothings changed, noise has gotten worse. Does have a mold issue in the bathroom as well and a few German nymph roaches (luckily I got rid of them after 3 months.) Overall, I can’t wait to leave.

Overall this apartment is not the worst but also could use some improvement. Given that they switched over management, I hope more action will be taken to improve the everyday living conditions of CURRENT residents. I have only seen this far, improvements to the exterior (plants and mulch) that I assume is to provide curb appeal and get new tenants.
