I’ve had a great experience living at The Station at MacArthur. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to major highways, shopping, and dining options, which makes day-to-day life much easier.
The community itself is well-maintained and has a clean, modern feel. The amenities—especially the pool, fitness center, and common areas—are a big plus and are usually kept in good condition. It’s clear that the management team puts effort into maintaining the property.
One of the... standout aspects has been the staff. They’ve been responsive, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed maintenance. Requests are typically handled quickly, which really adds to the overall comfort of living here.
Parking and noise levels have generally been manageable, though like any apartment community, it can vary depending on neighbors and time of day. Still, I’ve found it to be a relatively peaceful place to live.

I Enjoy My Home
The Station at MacArthur has been a wonderful place to live. From the moment I moved in, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the entire community is. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which really adds to the stress-free living experience. Home Sweet Home
Living at The Station at MacArthur has been a really positive experience overall. The property is consistently well-kept, and the landscaping and common areas always look great. The management team is professional and approachable, making the leasing process and day-to-day communication smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciate how quickly maintenance issues are resolved. The apartments themselves are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the community feels safe. It’s also in a... convenient area, close to plenty of stores and restaurants. I’m happy to call this place home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable and pleasant living environment.

Affordable Townhomes ~ Good Management
I’ve had a great experience at The Station at MacArthur. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home right away. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs, which makes a big difference. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the amenities are always in excellent condition. NOT recommended. Absolutely HORRIBLE-UNPLEASANT experience
I do not know where to start and when and where to finish to describe all the mismanagement, flaws, problems, issues.
1. Dog poop everywhere. Can't walk without getting dog poop on your shoes. Wind blows-dog poop smell right in your face and homes. Management needs to be strict about policy adherence. No CCTV cameras around the complex to maintain security or policy detergence.
2. Mailboxes NOT in service since before AUGUST-19-2025. Our older community had a similar situation and they got it... repaired and fixed within a week. Please do not blame USPS. Its DEC-11-2025 mailboxes still not fixed..There are several URGENT IMPORTANT mails that fail to be delivered can cause major problems for tenants. Pictures attached.
3. High priority maintenance requests are never dealt with urgently.
4. Homeless or/and weird people keep entering from the back fences and/or the dart station.
5. Almost every tenant I have spoken to says HVAC/Filters have NEVER been cleaned.
6. Almost every room blinds are brittle or broken or weak. A slight feather touch and its in your hands. Even the patio/balcony door wood panels are all mostly cracked or broken.
7. The appliances are absolutely outdated and all requests to replace them have been refused. Even the condenser unit outside is rusted and in horrible condition. A couple tenants told me they also had the same problem-refusal of replacement - however - they noticed some tenants being privileged to get everything new.
I would NOT recommend this place. In my opinion this place is absolutely an ignored junkyard. We have been through different managements, but nothing changed. I wonder if the corporate -HBG- knows about this.
