Better stay at hotel than this apartment no maintains office staff are rude never trust anyone there. I'm stuck because i have signed lease. but never suggest anyone to come to this place.

The leasing office staff are really rude and never provide complete information.

It all started with the moving out date. I moved from a different state and was not aware of few regulations here and the leasing office didn't inform me about these and created lot of chaos during the day of move in. Making my moving in date harder than it already is.

Next, They don't have autopay for rent and if you... miss by one day, they don't accept online payments. I received a call from the leasing office to get them a money order right then during hazardous weather conditions (I was ready to pay through the portal but they wouldn't accept it nor did they kindly convey this). Since this was the first time I missed the payment, they promised to waive off the late fees once I make a payment but they failed to keep up the promise.

Overall, the maintenance is not up to the mark, there is no friendly staff nor a easy way to make payments. Not worth living in here and can't wait to move out. Read More

At first glance and on paper this looks like a great place, then once I moved in I realized all the under lining issues with this place. Unfriendly neighbors who are constantly judging me for having a dog which I pay rent for, pools that are not cleaned and allow people to swim in jeans and T-shirts in the water, and an amenity center and workout room that has been broken for three months and still not fixed as of mid July 2021. I would advise paying the extra hundred dollars a month to a way... better place with a bit more features. Oh and not to mention the smell of the buildings from the other tenants. Worst place!. And also no maintenance everytime leaking water from top apartment. And paid additional charges which they added but ignoring to review. when I moved in they have cleaned carpet(not new), They charged carpet replacement 900$ When I move out.

Worst Maintenance, No proper response from Staff. Staff is not friendly. I am currently staying at this apartment and don't want to recommend anyone to move in this apartment.
Please inform all of your friends do not to recommend this apartment to anyone.
