Longtime resident (29 years).. apartments are a little older, but built sturdy and well maintained.  Airell does an amazing job as Manager and maintenance does a great job when you place a work order and repairs are timely, and efficient…. I've been here for over a year, and plan to stay as long as possible. It's a great community. I am an older lady living alone (well, I have a dog), but I have always felt safe. The staff (office and maintenance) are very accommodating. They always prioritize maintenance issues. I've only had two in 14 months. I chose this community when I moved to Texas to be near my grandson. My son and daughter-in-law don't have a pool, but the one here is beautiful. Even when it's closed, my grandson and I... walk over to look at the waterfall. There are constant activities put on by the community from scavenger hunts to hot chocolate on cold days, popsicles on hot days, and food drives during the Holidays. This gated community is just that...a community not a complex. It's not your ordinary, 3-story, concrete, cookie cutter apartment complex. It's a community with good neighbors, quiet, walking paths, tree covered. I'm going on 4yrs as a resident and plan on being here many more years. Ariel, maintenance and staff accommodate my service requests(when needed)and always in a timely matter.
