I actually really love this apartment complex. I just moved in in December 2025 and everything was such a smooth process and the leasing agent. Yani is the best. But I have notice that people drive really crazy here, and they like read up their engines and speed through the parking lot and I was walking my to the car to go to school, and somebody almost hit us with their car. I have called the cops multiple times because people are super loud in the middle of the night. I mean they were rubbing... up their engines for Wheelers

I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The staff is friendly, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community always feels clean and safe. The amenities are well-kept, and it truly feels like home here. Highly recommend!

When we first moved in this March, things were great. The management at the time were kind and informative and easily reachable. Now, the new management does not communicate via email or the Loft app so we miss information all of the time. The paper notices are okay but seems rather wasteful. I’m giving 3 stars now because while we absolutely LOVE our corner apartment, the experience has gone down hill. There is trash constantly blowing in our yard or in the main grassy areas and no one picks... it up. I actually got tired of it and picked it up myself. Our top floor neighbors are constantly throwing cigarettes butts in our yard on a daily basis. The 2nd floor neighbors stomp around all hours of the night where our 7 year old is constantly waking up. Our 3rd floor neighbors have tires and blankets out on their patio, looking extremely trashy. The environment has gone down hill since we moved in. The last management took pride in keeping the grounds clean and everything nice. Not anymore

same old same old of loud cars leaving, music playing loud all the time. the only thing that has improved is maintenance hasn’t been taking as long recently.
