Juan Ramos has lived in the Houston area since 1985 and worked in real estate since 1992 when he purchased his first investment property in South Houston. In 2003 Juan became a Realtor and join with Keller Williams and transferred to UTR Texas Realtors in 2010 and opened his current office in 2015 that houses his growing team to better serve all his clients. He has comprehensive experience representing clients in Residential and Commercial transactions, and an in-depth understanding of the local market that helps him identify the needs of his clients. Juan represents clients in all facets of their commercial or residential real estate needs, Including Tenant, Buyer seller or Real estate Investor. On the commercial side, he specializes in multifamily properties like apartment buildings and mobile home parks. He can also help the starting investor from flips to single family rental investment transactions. For the knowledgeable investor, Ramos can locate and assist with the acquisition of new residential and commercial Investments.
