Judy Hayes is the Broker/Owner of Designed Realty Group and the team lead for The Hayes Team. Judy's real estate career began in 2009 and with the phenomenal success she had during those first 12 years, Judy chose to go independent. A lifetime resident of the area, Judy has a passion for real estate and unmatched knowledge of the greater Houston area. Prior to working in real estate, Judy spent 20+ years in the legal field where a client-centric focus was paramount. Additionally, negotiation and organizational skills are huge in the legal field - and both of these strengths have served Judy and her clients well while working at Designed Realty Group. Selling new construction is a favorite as our area is thriving with numerous builders and new communities. Veterans hold a special place in my heart as my father proudly served in the USAF. We work together as a team, to get them into the home they deserve. As the Broker/Owner my job is to secure listings for the firm so my extensive marketing background ensures your home is seen by as many eyes as possible throughout all real estate professional websites as well as social media outlets across the nation - not just Texas. When not working, Judy loves to travel - whether beachfront or mountainside - she is always looking for an adventure. Sundays are generally spent poolside with her grand babies and fur babies with her husband grilling something yummy!
