Great small complex, outstanding friendly helpful staff, close proximity to Beltway and major stores. Metro bus stop on the corner of Westheimer and Rogerdale, just a few feet from your door.

I applaud the care the management is staying on top of selecting new residents. I also noticed a steep decline in amenities and sharp increase in price. We are paying far more in the present than in the past. I thought price would at least stay the same the more amenities you removed. I don't know if I would have moved here if I knew all the things I would lose by staying compared to how just everything has gone up in price. I am afraid of how much they are going to increase pricing and what... else we will lose.
