Went on a tour today, I was excited because I liked one of the other properties by the same company. The unit they showed us was genuinely dangerous - the ceiling was falling in and there was literally a 2sqft swarm of cockroach nymphs on the pantry door, which the tour guide opened anyway and ignored (we watched them move and one even fell off). The entire place was covered in grime. The excuse was that this unit was being renovated, and they told us not to worry about the muck on the walls... because it would be “painted over before we moved in”. The Maintenace Team is always great and on time all the time, the entire team from the head lead maintenace to their landscaping crew. They are all hard working team that gets things done daily!
The office team are wonderful, polite, professional, efficient and easy to communicate with, they are always eager to help out.
Management is very positive,aboe to listen to take care of any... issues, and also very approachable and very reasonable to the good and best for the community.

Affordable rent price for all that you get living here. The Gated community with security that actually work towards safety.
I am very picky tenant that looks at every detail...I am very,very happy to say this is the place I call my home.
I have been here 2 years ,and I believe I'll be here a very long time.
I feel cared, and safe. It is worth my money.
