I have been attempting to contact the leasing office on a daily basis, yet it consistently takes several days to receive a response. If the office is currently understaffed, I strongly urge management to prioritize hiring additional personnel to improve communication and responsiveness. Regarding the property itself, the units are satisfactory and the location is quite convenient.

I love this community so much. My apartment is perfect for my wife and I and the leasing office staff are very nice. There’s often interactive and interesting events happening around our community and I can’t wait for the next one!

As usual, repairs are never completely repaired and waved off with”as soon as it dries, I’ll be back”. This has gone on for years and following up repeatedly has become an issue. I realize this property has many problems to resolve, but enough!
Several months ago, a young child was nearly struck by a car speeding in a dangerous spot. Two weeks ago, I was 4 feet away from being struck by a speeding SUV in that same area. Is it going to take a death to validate the installation of a stop sign??... Keeping a competent staff on this property has been impossible and the deteriorating conditions are the result of this. I am so happy since I moved in. The staff has been fantastic from the beginning even during the switch out. The maintenance has been very helpful to all my needs and the property grounds always look fantastic.

The staff is wonderful. The time don’t answer my call, they always reach either the same day or the next day. They are very attentive. We love how clean our community is and our pools are amazing.
