I was fearful from moving from a house to an apt - however, the staff (Laura & Luke) helped me transition and it was an excellent experience. From the helpful friendly staff, to the amazing grounds and flexibility, it has been awesome. My place is clean and bright - I have two dogs and this place is very dog friendly with plenty of places to walk and lots of dog dispenser to keep the property clean.

Best maintenance response time EVER. Professional, competent, always get an issue taken care of right away. Office staff are top notch. Living in this community is difference between night and day to anywhere else. Nice grounds and community spirit make for a wonderful experience living here.

Apartment home of our dreams. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful community team, comfortable living, beautiful surroundings, responsive maintenance team. Rent is very affordable, apartment is sound-proof. Walking trail is picturesque. Landscaping is impressive and well-maintained. TRC is quiet, serene, yet filled with the laughter of children and enjoyable family times. We have been here 2 years and LOVE it!
