These apartments are roach infested, and sometimes had barely functioning water. I stayed here with my baby and I kept begging them to fix the air conditioning the thermostat was set to 95 degrees, in the summer time. And come to find out they cut the wire to the ac connected to our apartment unit, I would not recommend staying here.

All has been amazing.!! Never had an issue. Great place.

SAD, SAD SAD. Not trained, they change management every year or so. They do not know the least basic of managing an apartment complex....either that or they just DONT CARE.

This place is ridiculous. I never in my life dealt with so many unprofessional people. They will act like you’re just a piece of trash. All the front office people are so untrustworthy and never help. They tell you things will change and they never do. Been months since they changed management and oh my goodness. We don’t have hot water, people’s apartments are being flooded, THEY NEVER PICK UP THEIR PHONES. Gates are always messed up. This is so unreal. I need to leave this place ASAP. If I could give this place less than one star I would horrible management horrible how they handle everything they are never in the office no working numbers in case of an emergency there's no one to come and assist with any issues. My apartment flooded for times with sewage water poo and baby wipes they fixed it halfway and it keeps clogging up and we are forced to live in these conditions when we have asked many times to have our lease broken due to unlivable conditions mold in the apartment... water underneath the floorboards me and my family have severe allergies even my dog had to be on medication due to him stepping on the sewage water. We have reached out to the regional supervisor, owner , managers and even submitted a report with the apartment association and nothing has been done. The past month we had no hot water for 3 weeks!
