Brandee was very helpful with helping me pick an apartment and getting me into the right one, sight unseen since I was moving from a different state. Bryson was there when I moved in and he took his time to show me all around and answered all my questions. Excited to be here, I love it!!

I’ve lived here since April 2022 and love it! Management is great and the one time I had a maintenance issue they responded quickly after hours.

The hike & bike trails are across the street, great restaurants are close by, and the view from the pool and gym is amazing! Best skyline view at any apartment complex in town!

There are 4-5 police officers living on the property and due to a police station and two other police facilities next door, there are a lot of police cars driving by at all... hours.

Love how quick the maintenance team responds to a problem in the apartment.

My boyfriend lives here and I will be moving in soon. We love to sit by the pool area and stare at the city with our drinks. Its such an amazing view! We didn't have these views in Kentucky.

I came here to visit a friend and my car was broken into, rummaged through, and someone stole a Pentax K100 film camera from me. I am so upset because I think the place is beautiful, but for this to happen it makes me not want to go back. They offered absolutely no help and they only have one security camera in the parking garage from what the receptionist told me. I have heard others tell me about theft being common in the apartment building with no help after it happens. Even the hallways do... not have security cameras this is a huge issue!
