A quiet place here to call home , the community and the property is pretty quiet and over all a nice place to live. Good schools to be zoned to if you have children. The office and maintenance staff has always been helpful even when they are short staffed.

The front office young lady has been very patient although she is working alone. 5 stars for her!

These apartments are the worse apartments to live in. Ever since we have moved here there has been nothing but issues. We lost power to half our apartment within a couple of days of moving in. Then we had a leak a few months later. When we moved here we used the pool 2times before it was closed and hasn't been opened ever since then its going on 3 years now. We lost power again the following year on Thanksgiving and lost all our food. They have an emergency number for maintenance but no one... answers nor follows up with those calls. The AC breaks down all the time. Since moving here we had 3 major leaks in our apartment and the last one took forever to fix. They fixed the leak but due to the amount of time it took them to fix it now we have mold in the restroom. Which we are still waiting for them to come deal with as well as the carpet that was damaged from that as well. The apartments are roach infested and we still pay for pest control which is added to the rent but yet there are roaches. They have changed office management several times since we've been here and all of them give attitude when you come to them about any issues.
