Management is essentially absent. No one here cares about the residents. Units have flooded from pool pumps, cars are stolen, the hallways smell, the elevators are dirty, the office staff is never there, the construction is shoddy. Very poorly built and even more poorly managed.

Multiple cars have been stolen from the "secure" garage, water to apartment homes is frequently turned off due to it smelling or being discolored, apartment homes have flooded due to poor plumbing (flooded from dirty shower water, toilets, and the pool) on multiple occasions, doors do not always lock or unlock, and the staff isn't helpful. I was impressed with Pearl Marketplace for many reasons.
The customer service was on point, Adrien was attentive to our specific needs and we quickly felt at home. Not only was he a rock star who told us numerous fun facts about the community and surrounding area. He followed the social distancing guidelines and we appreciate that. The entire community was sparkling clean.

Having whole foods downstairs is a great... combination. was surprised by how easy the parking situation is for residents or guests.
