I have loved living at the Modern Waugh. I moved in about a month ago and even when I have had an issue (which have been extremely minor), it's been resolved for me quickly.
The amenities are wonderful and the location couldn't be better! Staff is super friendly and communicates extremely well when there are things happening on the property.

The people have been nice, but the experience hasn’t been great. Things break a lot and it takes a long time to get anything fixed, which seems ironic for a newer building.

The floor I’m on the gym is really loud. Since the gym is open 24/7 there’s constant banging of people dropping weights which sucks. The gym just isn’t sound proofed the best.
