I moved in a few months ago and I’ve really been enjoying it. The location is perfect, everything I need is nearby, and the view is amazing. It only takes a minute to walk to the bus stop for a quick ride downtown. I also love how peaceful the apartment is, how professional the front desk staff are, and how responsive and helpful the maintenance team is.

So far living here has been great! Haven't encountered anything that makes me think otherwise. I love the amenities and the price point make it worth it! I love how the staff is welcoming and they try to remember who you are! Coming from another state, all of my surroundings are new but coming home here I feel safe especially as they have staff that's there 24/7.

I have loved living at the Modern Waugh. I moved in about a month ago and even when I have had an issue (which have been extremely minor), it's been resolved for me quickly.
The amenities are wonderful and the location couldn't be better! Staff is super friendly and communicates extremely well when there are things happening on the property.
