This whole experience was breathtaking, from the time we visited until now! The hospitality from the leasing agent (Aysia) to the beautiful complex. We were blown away and so excited about the move! This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. We are very pleased to be apart of this community.

Came in on 5/26/26 to apply for a 2bd 2ba. Aysia, is the leasing office agent that helped me, she's welcoming, friendly, & very helpful through the entire process. She was able to show me a 1bd 1ba which is very nice & very spacious, clean, nothing looks tacky nor ugly. Then she showed me a 2bd 2ba which I immediately fell in love with, also very spacious, high ceilings, lots of cabinets, drawers, and closet space, very minor imperfections, but still gives you that modern/luxury feel. I needed... an apt by 5/29 & guess what!? On 5/29 I was able to move in!! Lots of parking, gated, security, very well maintained, nothing compared to the place I left. Only problem is if you own 2 vehicles you have to have another person on your lease, parking for visitors/residents anywhere you find a spot. You have to register the vehicle & guest only have a total of 3 days to stay then there's a waiting period before they can come back. I love my new apt, they also accept ESA/service w documents. ?? We’ve enjoyed the 2 years we’ve been here. Everything has been great as far as location, accessibility, amenities, increased security, staff, and cleanliness. Few complaints regarding noisy upstairs neighbors but other than that it’s been great.

It’s decent here only probably is lack of security, thin walls and the parking. You’re only allowed 2 guest per household and they tow heavily on this property. If they fix that… just might be the best bang for your buck. Overall clean & quiet neighborhood

Im having a great time so far. Everyones nice, process easy, and im excited to sse what’s more to come. This is only been my third week living here and so far it is great. I have no complaints.
