Overall, my experience at Beckett Cottingham has been okay. Parking can be difficult at night, especially during busy hours. The apartment amenities are nice when you first move in, but they tend to deteriorate over time due to the lower-quality selections and upkeep.

The walls are thin, so I would recommend choosing a third-floor apartment if you are sensitive to noise. The mailroom, gym, and club amenities are great resources

Excellent by default. Nothing to complain about. They are very prompt in communicating as well as helpful leasing team and maintenance team.

Too much tire theft and not enough free events. No way to enforce poop pick up and no security cameras around complex. Great and kind neighbors

This is our 3rd year. So far, we can say we are happy living here. It’s a peaceful community, the amenities are well kept, any maintenance requests are handled pretty quickly, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. :)
