Like it here, well enough to renew my lease. Parking can be a bummer sometimes for visitors but overall good experience. Office staff is great and very tentative to needs.

DONT MOVE HERE! Incredibly THIN walls. You’ll hear your neighbors washing machine banging during the spin cycle, and everybody talking! No guest parking!!!! there’s a really bad spider problem in the summer. & not to mention Rent/fees are high for nothing. Indoor community club area is only available during office hours, so no space to reserve for a gathering. Rude staff. The list goes on, Don’t believe the hype nor their generic responses to these reviews.

Nice place overall. The staff is nice sometimes a lil moody but who ain’t in customer service lol. Love the amenities just wish we could rent out the clubhouse for events.

So far I’d give it 5 stars. From the time
I walked in I was welcomed by the friendly staff to the time I signed my lease last week. I’m looking forward to my experience here for the months to come as I call Beckett my new home.

I really enjoy living here. The area is very nice and convenient, and the amenities are great—they’re well kept and easy to use, Overall, the staff is excellent: they’re friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever something comes up. It’s been a really positive experience living here. The one downside is the walls are somewhat thin so its easy to hear whats going on next door or upstairs
