So far so good. Didn’t have the greatest encounter with a certain Leasing Agent but my leasing agent was and is awesome! Made sure my tour left no rock unturned and made an easy move-in process.

Overall, very nice amenities and friendly staff. However, there have been issues with roaches all year long that have not been dealt with appropriately, our appliances are somewhat old and faulty (stove keeps giving error and has not been fixed, fridge frequently stops making ice and was visibly old when we received it). So I think a rating of 3 is solid enough, specially for how much we pay.
However, I will say all the amenities are very nicely kept and I have never had issues with... cleanliness in the hallways or with noise (other than the club across the street).
