I lived in Madison about 18 months .There are some minor problem like roaches. But It was a safe, quiet and comfortable place. The Maintenance done very quickly, I would like to thank Ms. Maria and Mr. Carlos.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have to be out of my house by Feb 19th. I got approved for everything and I went to go pick up my key today. I was still waiting approval from the "supervisor" on my dog a lab/boxer mix. The supervisor said no on the approval of my dog b/c hes not a lab/boxer mix. I guess the supervisor has her DVM degree. I know what my dog is bc his vet told me what he is. & I said I was willing to give my dog away and sign a paper saying I wont bring my dog. But... the supervisor still said no on giving me a key anyway. This supervisor must have trust issues. So if you have pets steer away from this bc you could be approved for everything and the supervisor will still tell you no.

I don't know why it says water included, they charge a ridiculous amount for water, roach infested, drug dealers, rude office staff, maintenance is ok , they can only do as much as there budget allows, they need to fix alot of issues..

LI have lived here 7 years and this will be my last month. This last management team really brought the whole neighborhood down. The apartments are pest infected. Stray feral cats by all the dumpsters. The dumpsters are always full and smelly. They will have your car towed unreasonably and won’t do anything about it. I literally have a stack of papers where they are notifying me that we will not have working water the next day. I have had my car broken into even though the camera of the complex... is looking right at the parking spot they will not do anything to help. There is always drug dealing and fights in the parking lots at night. Their gate is always broken. I have never lived in such an unpleasant place. I do not recommend.

Excellent customer service by the lovely young lady in the office. Please give my thanks to Angie for all the help. Very Knowledgeable about what the property and what they had to offer. I applied as soon as we finished touring the property. Looking forward to moving to my new community. 5 Star Service!
