I've been a resident at Parc at Champion Forest for a while now, and I can honestly say it's been the best rental experience I've ever had. From the moment I toured the property, the leasing staff made me feel welcome and valued. Madiha in the leasing office walked me through every step of the application process, answered all my questions, and followed up promptly whenever I had a concern.

Move-in day was seamless. Everything was ready exactly as promised, and the staff even took the time to... walk me through the community amenities and answer any questions that I had.

What really sets this place apart is the maintenance team. A few weeks ago, my AC went out during a brutal heat wave, and someone showed up within a few hours and had it fixed before dinner. Another time, I had a minor leak under my kitchen sink, and the maintenance tech not only fixed it quickly but also checked my other fixtures to make sure nothing else needed attention.

The grounds are always well-kept, the community feels safe and quiet, and it's clear that management genuinely cares about their residents. If you're looking for a place where the staff treats you like a person and not just a lease number, I can't recommend Parc at Champion Forest enough.

Stay away from this dump. I lived with mold and knats. The maintenance come out and paint over the mold and it comes back, i stopped calling just dealt with it. The current management is awful, especially Shakeria and I’m so glad I’m out of there.

I being living here for 3 years and I have no complaints is very peaceful area I come from work at 3 -4 in the morning and is peaceful and great management I would recommend this place to anyone plus they love pets..!
