There's trash everywhere. Totally disrespectful to residents. Avoid this place and live anywhere else. Roaches and rats

I have lived here for 3+ years now. I have only stayed because I hate moving.
There are roaches and trash everywhere. They took dumpsters away so there is trash completely surrounding the dumpsters.
The management changes all the time. This new management is awful. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. I have had issues and they have yet to fix it.
During the Summer, the pools are constantly locked because they either forgot to unlock it or they lost the key.
People do not pick up... after their dogs. There aren't many sidewalks so be careful where you step. Good luck if you have children.
The "gym" usually doesn't have machines that work. They'll keep it locked so they can use it for their own storage.
These apartments are small and expensive. Each year they'll increase the price.

I’m absolutely in love with everything this apartment complex offers. They’ve been so helpful especially Tearlysa. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

The town homes here are very nice. The staff is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions, concerns or needs. The management knows how to treat people with kindness. The school district is one of the best around. This is a safe neighborhood. A lot of local police officers live onsite. I never have to worry about my vehicle being vandalized or stolen and I can walk my dog all hours of the night without fear. The management is always exploring new ways to "spice up" our community... events. I highly recommend you come see for yourself. Read More
