I Have Been Living In Green Oaks For Not Even 2 Months And My Apartment Pipes Burst And It Took 3 Hours For maintenance to come no one from the office showed up, I was told that they were not responsible for any of my property that got damaged. I asked him can he please remove the carpet they told me no that they would only remove the stuff under the carpet. The office people are very very disrespectful they do not give you a corporate office number I wouldn’t recommend no one to move here

I moved to green oak when they first open and live here for 2 years. Management was always helpful and nice when I needed them. Maintenance was always fast in mins knocking on your door . My only problem was the tenants were dirty leaving their trash outside their door . I tried to call for 3 weeks and no one would answer or return my call. I finally got Rena today. She was rude and short with me as if she didn't have time to speak with me after I spent all that time waiting to speak to someone. I was shocked and appalled at the lack of professionalism and her tone with me. I wouldn't live here, period. She told me, "Well, there's only 1 person answering the phones!" (Like I am supposed to know this.) I thought, after 2 or 3 weeks and no return call, even 1... person should be able to do that.
I am sure she'll have some sort of snide comment as a reply. That will confirm what I am saying.
