Great Management
Falls of Chelsea Lane has now managed by the better management company.
Everyone working in this apartment complex is very detail orientated.

Please Do Not Move Here
Lived her for more then a year and it was one problem after another. The previous manager was rude, refused to fix anything, and only upgraded her son's and staff apartments. Had issues with plumbing from leaks to horrible back flow into sinks, toilet, and bathtub when it rained. Parking is horrible. Just do not mve here....

Horrible....don't move here....
I would tell the truth about Chelsea ln apt.but the only one that have the decision to move here is you.....I had to call 311 on the the manager because she was taking so long to fix everything in my apartment...In Chelsea ln they don't fix nothing...they throw everything always that is in your balcony... you can only have your BBQ...what the point of fixing outside when the apartment inside falling apart... I had a neighbor that said that in his apartment. Had alot of roaches and rat...well... I didn't have rat that the good thing...but my wife alway clean apt because cockroach..

Horrible
Ive had the same problem with my faucet upstairs not turning off for months. Now I'm watching my ceiling leak and the roof fall. Don't live here. Literally the worst management ever.
