This has been an OUTRAGEOUS experience for my daughter living in the unsafe and unsecure building and parking lot of Global Houston Apartments. There is rarely security presence at night, especially at the parking lot across the street from the building. Global charges $50 monthly to park in this unsecured lot and my daughter’s catalytic converter was removed from her parked vehicle overnight.... While getting the $1K repair, she has a rental car and Global authorized the rental car to be towed because she didn’t do a virtual parking pass, as she was unaware of the policy. The tow company is the usual predatory company taking advantage of people, and charged a college student $455 to release the rental car. Global had the discretion to have the towed vehicle released and decided to be rigid in their parking pass policy after already being negligent with security. I was told “they can’t control criminal activity.” Of course they can’t, but they had complete authority to extend leniency to an already victimized resident. Cool place to live close to Texas southern and university of Houston good amenities good workout area great chilling area plenty of space for anything

Global Houston Apartments are new and my room is very spacious and quiet. I highly recommend them to other college students in the area looking for a place to stay.

I love everything about my unit! The building is very nice and the amenities are way better than I expected. The gym is full functioning, and there are plenty of vending machines, which is a plus for convenience. As a student, I love the shuttle system.

The safety, the environment, maintenance does nothing at all. My daughter refrigerator goes out constantly. Thousands of dollars of groceries have been wasted monthly because maintenance man will come in unplug the refrigerator and plug it back up or she has to plug it back up when she returned home and nothing happens. It’s the same broken refrigerator or it goes from unit to unit. There’s trash in the hallways. The common area outdoors look like a prison set up. There’s concrete and chairs... nothing else no greenery no scenery. It looks like you’re on a prison yard. Read More
