The office without repairing anything expects you to pay full rent. I went to my first six weeks on the third floor without a bedroom window. It was supposed to be installed within the first week. The AC has went out four times in two years and at times it’s not work for a couple weeks at a time. The broiler for the hot water has been out over seven times and at one point it took two weeks to repair so that was two weeks without hot water. The office staff are not helpful and they’re not very... empathetic towards your situations. They’ll even lie and say with an verbal contract that you can accomplish something with them and then they’ll breach that contract and do what they said they wouldn’t in the first place..
