What can I say about City Place? As a City Place resident who has been living here for almost 5 years, I can truly say that City Place is phenomenal! It’s a hidden gem that is in a great location with superb walkability, awesome apartments, amenities and decor. Here’s why I love City Place below ??

1. Morgan property management has been and still is doing a great job managing the property.

2. Dahlia, the Property Manager, and her team (Kevin {Asst Mgr}, Kila {Leasing Consultant} and Danny... {Leasing Consultant} ) provide great professional service. They are very attentive and quick to handle the residents’ needs with a smile. They foster a sense of community and engagement amongst the residents by providing resident events that are full of fun, food, and fellowship.

3. Negib and the Maintenance & Housekeeping Team are absolutely phenomenal! They do a wonderful job of maintaining the grounds across several buildings to ensure that everything is sparkling and clean, trash is always picked up, landscaping is beautiful, the garages are always clean, the gym and bathrooms are fresh and tidy, and the list goes on. Additionally, they are super quick to fix any apartment issues, and they do it with excellence.

4. Security at City Place is also top notch. You can live here and NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT break ins, stolen packages (they have a Luxer Package Room), or vehicle vandalism.

Finally, living at living at City Place is a total vibe, where you’ll feel safe and at peace, your apartment will be spacious and meet your individual needs, the staff is impeccable, the grounds are consistently clean, and maintenance is top notch.

I lived in Upper Kirby for 3 years and they kept going up on my rent. I looked at 7 different apartments until I came across City Place. I immediately fell in love with the area with the big oak trees crossing over the streets in the neighborhood. The biggest selling point to me and to be honest the main reason I am now there is the leasing staff that was so friendly and helpful. Maliah and Keyva were the light at the end of the tunnel of looking for apartments for me. They were SO helpful and... just a delightful shine when you walk in the lobby. In fact, I went back to see the model about 6 times to measure for furniture and was embarrassed to keep asking but they always had a smile on their face and was happy to show it again for me. I am not the best with computers and had to start an app to pay rent and for maintenance tickets, I could never figure it out, so I came in the office and both Maliah and Keyva dropped what they were doing and got me all fixed up. very great place to live like the fact you can’t get in out of the building without having fob pool area is very clean and staff is pleasant

City Place Montrose was an unexpected treat. Maliah was my leasing consultant and she was amazing. Every question I had, she answered. If she didn't know, she found out and got back to me. The property was lovely and the neighborhood is very nice and walkable. Of course I had to move there and my expectations have been met 100 percent. The staff is also amazing including Tristian and Keyva. I hope to live there a long time.

This place is horrible. I lived here from Sept. 2022-April 2023. #1 Dirty/smelling carpets (even after I spent $$to have it professionally clean).#2 MOLD - you can see and smell mold musty air when you use air conditioner. #3. Leaky kitchen faucets from day one - each time maintenance repair faucet would still leak. #4 BUGS and GECKOS #5 They don't clean up the dog waste in the dog park --dog crap everywhere
