Very nice management but when something is broke or needed to be looked at it will take a while. The community is nice. I love living really close to the school.

As much as the first week was kinda bad to start off, because of things like the ac not working and the toilet not flushing, I will say it has for sure gotten better now that the issues are gone. The RAs are some of the sweetest people ever and they are very welcoming which I can appreciate. All of the little events that have been happening at Cambridge were fun and I’m excited for more to come.

I’ve been living at Cambridge Oaks for a while and overall it’s been a great experience. The management is responsive and professional, and maintenance requests are usually handled quickly. The units are clean, well-maintained, and the amenities are a plus.

I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

It's quiet, cheaper than many alternatives, and it's a good walking distance from Campus so the chance of being late to any of your classes is quite low

It was generally a great place to live. The only bad part was the gate would lock and didn’t let me use my pin to open the gate and had to wait for others to come.
