The community is fine here but overall not a good experience. They charge for maintenance that takes too long to fix something that will likely break again. They overcharge for everything, even things that they shouldn’t be charging for at all, and the vehicle gate was broken for an entire semester. The pedestrian gate is open 24/7 so anyone can enter the complex at any time.

Very nice place to live. Staff are very friendly across the board, barely any issues since I have lived here. Overall I have no complaints and all of the praise. 100% recommend.

I absolutely love love love my unit no issues ever to be honest, if there is it’s resolved very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend.

please stop mowing the lawn/ blowing the leaves at 7am in the morning I am trying to sleep, and it would be nice if doing the laundry is free smh

Everything is perfect, the units are just as in the pictures and the community and staff are really friendly and helpful.
Facilities in the condominium are in great condition
